[FABRIC/QUILT] Disable Custom Worlds Advice

This small mod removes the annoying "Experimental Features" warning that appears every time you create or load a world with custom dimensions or generation settings. Perfect for those who find this popup irritating, as well as for mod developers creating custom world generation who want to disable this notification.

Important note: Despite being a Fabric mod, it does NOT require Fabric API.

Minecraft Forge users: For the Forge version, there is a port of this mod called Shutup Experimental Settings! by Corgi_Taco. I officially endorse this port since the developer contacted me before publication, and I verified the implementation's correctness.
