FastBuilder (also FastDestroy)

Configure control buttons in the "Options" → "Controls..." → "fastbuilder" section.

By default, the "B" key is used to toggle on/off.

This mod significantly speeds up the process of placing and breaking blocks in the game. In versions prior to 1.12.2, there is a horizontal building feature that is perfect for creating platforms. There is also a useful option that prevents falling from heights greater than one block (available in versions prior to 1.12.2).

For best results, it is recommended to use the mod in conjunction with Direction Build.
