FastWorkbench Minus Replacement

This modification represents an improved version of FastWorkBench that offers crafting table optimization without using the controversial registry replacement method.

Main Advantages

Compatibility with other mods - Unlike the original, this version uses Mixins technology, making it more friendly to other modifications and modpacks. Registry replacement often causes conflicts between mods, while Mixins work less aggressively.

Recipe book preservation - The mod does not remove Minecraft's standard recipe book, unlike many similar solutions on the market.

Automatic support for modded crafting tables - The mod automatically optimizes simple crafting tables from other modifications without requiring additional dependencies or configuration.

How Optimization Works

The mod significantly speeds up crafting table operation by caching the last used recipe. Instead of scanning the entire recipe database every time, the system first checks the cached version, which is especially noticeable during fast crafting with the Shift key held down.

Network load is also reduced - data packets are sent only when necessary, not with every change in the crafting grid slot.

Technical Features

The mod optimizes standard 3x3 and 2x2 crafting tables, and automatically works with simple crafting tables from other modifications. For more complex custom crafting tables, developers only need to implement two methods from MixinHooks.

Important: The mod requires MixinBootstrap installation and must be installed on both client and server.
