Firmament Packet Fix

What is this?

This mod completely disables the ModAnnouncer feature in the Firmament mod. This feature automatically sends the server a complete list of all mods installed by the player.

Why is this needed?

The mod notification system in Firmament can create serious technical problems. The transmitted data packet often turns out to be too large, leading to server disconnects.

As an example from my own modpack, it shows that the information volume already reaches approximately one third of the maximum allowed packet size. Moreover, there exist much larger modpacks that I have personally observed and used.

Additionally, this function represents a serious breach of player privacy. Sending the complete list of installed mods to the server occurs without any practical benefit - Firmament continues to work correctly even after disabling this component.

Disabling ModAnnouncer does not affect the core capabilities of the Firmament mod, all its basic functions continue to operate in normal mode.
