Flan - Server Territory Protection Mod
Solves the security issue for worlds on modded servers where traditional protection systems are unavailable. Flan (from Fabric LANd) provides a comprehensive territory demarcation system directly on Fabric servers.
Key Features
Creating and managing private land claims with various access levels to prevent griefing. The system is completely server-side - you can run a Fabric server with Flan and connect with a standard vanilla client.
Land Claim System
Each claim represents a protected area with special access rights. By default, the zone extends down 10 blocks from the creation point (configurable) but has no upward limit. This allows for peaceful resource gathering beneath claims, while automatic extension protects underground constructions.

Hierarchical Claims
Supports creating sub-claims with their own permission systems. Sub-claim editing mode enables building complex structures like towns. Administrators can create special administrative zones accessible only to players with permission level 2 and above.
Getting Started
For creating claims, you'll need a golden hoe (default tool). Holding the tool displays current available blocks and used amount.

Creating a Claim
Aim at a block and right-click to select the first corner, then on another block for the second corner. Successful creation shows confirmation message, errors provide explanations. Alternative method: use /flan addClaim command.
Management
To resize existing zones, click on a corner and select new location. Inspection stick (stick by default) shows block status. While inside a claim, the /flan menu command opens interface for additional configuration.
