FMNS

This modification is an adapted version of the popular Terrarian Slimes addon, specifically created for the Forget Me Not modpack. The main change concerns the balancing of slime combat mechanics.

In the original Terrarian Slimes mod, creatures had standard hitbox sizes but could attack players from unexpectedly long distances. This created gameplay imbalance. FMNS solves this problem by significantly reducing the slimes' attack range - approximately halving it compared to the base version.

This change makes battles with slimes more predictable and fair. Players can now accurately calculate distance and effectively counter these creatures, which is especially important within a balanced game modpack.

For the full experience, it's recommended to use the original Terrarian Slimes version if you're not playing the specified modpack.
