FMP to C&B

This modification provides a special command /fmptocb that automatically converts all Forge Multipart blocks located in the same chunk as the player into Chisels & Bits blocks. This is an ideal solution for pack creators planning to transition to Chisels & Bits, as well as for server owners aiming to improve performance.

The /fmptocb command does not require additional arguments, but operator permissions are needed to use it.
