Forager Bow Enchantment
This mod introduces a new bow enchantment called "Forager" that has the unique ability to teleport items and experience directly to the player.
Enchantment Features
The "Forager" enchantment features an Enderman theme and comes in two levels. The first level automatically brings experience orbs to you after killing a mob with the enchanted bow. The second level expands functionality by teleporting both experience and all dropped items.
Acquisition and Mechanics
This rare enchantment can only be found in End City chests. When the effect activates, characteristic purple particles and teleportation sounds appear, referencing Enderman abilities.
Important Notes
- The enchantment works with all arrow types, including spectral and tipped arrows
- The effect does not trigger if the mob dies from a potion effect (such as instant damage or poison)
- Compatible with the "Arrow Entity Loot Drop" mod - arrows will also be teleported
- With Cloth Config installed, you can configure how the enchantment is obtained and choose what the first level teleports
- Crossbow support is planned for the future
