Golden Foods!

The Golden Foods! modification adds the ability to create golden and enchanted golden versions of standard Minecraft food items. Following the pattern of golden apples and enchanted golden apples, this mod allows you to make various ordinary food items golden.

Mod Features

All golden food items provide the same effects as golden apples and enchanted golden apples. Even golden carrots are now crafted using gold ingots instead of nuggets. Creating all golden foods requires gold ingots.

As for enchanted golden foods - they can only be obtained using a new enchantment called "Golden Food Enchantment". This enchantment is available on the standard enchanting table for 30 experience levels when using a book.

Compatibility with Other Mods

Currently, the mod is only compatible with standard "vanilla" food items. Future plans include adding support for mods with various food items.

How to Get Enchanted Versions?

Enchanted golden foods can only be obtained by first acquiring the special enchantment from the enchanting table. This requires level 30 experience and a book.
