Golden Netherite
Gilded Netherite (Also known as Gilded)
Welcome to the world of Golden/Gilded Netherite! This is a compact but practical addition that introduces a completely new set of Netherite armor to the game.
How the Armor is Crafted
The new type of armor is created in a smithing table by combining a standard piece of Netherite armor with a golden ingot. As a result, you get gilded Netherite armor with unique properties.
Main Advantage
The main feature of this armor is that it preserves all the characteristics and protective properties of regular Netherite, but at the same time makes you invisible to Piglins thanks to the golden coating. No more worrying about attacks from these creatures in the Nether!
Frequently Asked Questions
Question: Will there be a version for Forge? Answer: Most likely not, I prefer working with Fabric.
Question: I found a bug! Answer: Check the issues page on GitHub and create a new entry if your problem hasn't been recorded yet.
Question: I need help! Answer: Join the Cafeteria Development Discord server where I can assist you.
Question: I have an improvement idea! Answer: Come to my Discord where you can chat with us and suggest your ideas (and also get hints about future mods).
Question: Is this the same mod as the original Gilded Netherite? Answer: No, no, and no again. I created all the textures myself with a friend and wrote all the code even before the original Gilded Netherite updated to version 1.17. This is evident from the fact that I didn't use Piglib and implemented Piglin protection myself. The textures are also significantly different from the original if you look closely.
