Guide-API

A library mod that provides mod developers with a convenient toolkit for creating in-game documentation and guides directly in Minecraft.

Main Features

The system automatically manages created books: registers them, places them in a special creative mode tab, and handles all technical work. The developer only needs to provide the necessary information, and Guide-API takes care of the rest.

For modpack creators, support for building books through JSON files is under development, which will significantly simplify the customization process.

Project Status

Important: This mod is no longer supported by developers and was uploaded for archival purposes. It was originally created by TehNut on March 23, 2015 and is now available on Modrinth with permission from the original author.

License Information

Starting from build 2.1.0-51 for Minecraft version 1.11.2 (released on March 22, 2017), the license has been changed from MMPLv2 to MIT. All earlier versions continue to use MMPLv2.

Modpack Permissions

Usage in modpacks is permitted without restrictions.
