Hardcore+
Features ⭐
Most features can be customized through configuration files. However, the hardcore mode enhancements cannot be disabled, ensuring honest survival completion in the hardcore world.
Hardcore Mode Improvements (Hardcore Only)
- Local network settings cannot be changed: game mode is fixed to Survival, cheats are disabled
- Death screen contains only spectator and world deletion buttons
New Mobs 🧟
- Putrid (jungle zombie)
- Martyr (frosted zombie)
- Polygonum (jungle skeleton)
- Bony Sandstone (desert skeleton)
Mob AI Improvements 🧠
- Pillagers retreat when reloading weapons
- Zombies attack animals and heal from them
- Skeletons use poisonous and harming arrows after 5 regular shots
- Baby variants of spiders and cave spiders appear
- Adult spiders spawn offspring
Depths
The Depth start Y parameter in configuration determines the Y coordinate from which mobs receive boosts.
Boosts
- All monsters (except creatures from
end/nether_mobstags) receive armor and follow range bonuses (+1 point, +15 blocks) - Skeletons get armor enhancement (+1 point, +2 points when holding a sword)
- Zombies increase health (+2.5 hearts)
- Arthropods deal more damage (+1 heart)
Player
Available in version 1.1.0
General Boosts
- Piglins gain +2.5 hearts health, drowned increase follow range by +5 blocks
- Blazes receive +1 armor and +2.5 hearts health
