This mod introduces harsh changes to Minecraft gameplay by adding permanent consequences for character death. Each death results in the irreversible loss of one heart from your maximum health pool.

However, the developers have provided a way to restore lost hearts. For this purpose, there is a special item that can be obtained through the /life command. This system works reliably regardless of world changes or server reconnections - your progress is securely preserved.
