How It Works
The system integrates with the Hero.tv platform where viewers can express their emotions through emojis. All activity displays in the corner of the Minecraft screen:
- Number shows total viewer count across all platforms
- Animated emojis reflect current audience emotions
- Red glow indicates viewer activity level
Every minute for 5 seconds, a short link appears allowing new viewers to quickly join the stream and start interacting.
Quick Setup
Setup takes just a few minutes. A "Hero" button appears on the main screen or in settings - simply follow the on-screen instructions. You'll need to log into Hero.tv (can use Twitch credentials) and enter the received code. This procedure is only done once!
Creating Custom Emojis
You can fully personalize displayed emojis by creating your own resource pack. For this you need to:
- Download the standard 256x256 pixel sprite sheet
- Replace desired emojis (each 16x16 pixels)
- Create a resource pack with correct folder structure
- Activate it in the game
Additional Features
The mod opens unlimited possibilities for audience interaction. The Hero platform supports creating polls, votes, and many other interactive features. Source code is available under MIT license, allowing other developers to create their own extensions.
