Backpacks
This is a simple and minimalist modification for beginner explorers of the Minecraft world. There are no complex upgrades, liquid tanks, or sleeping bags - just you and your reliable backpack.
Usage
Two backpack sizes are available: standard and large. The standard backpack can hold as many items as a regular chest, while the large one is comparable in volume to a double chest.
You can place the backpack on the ground by crouching and right-clicking, or wear it in the chest armor slot, or with Curios installed - in the special back slot. To pick up a dropped backpack, simply approach it while holding Shift and right-click. The system will try to place it first in the back slot, then the chest slot if they're available. If equipping isn't possible, nothing will happen, and you'll need to break the block.
When the backpack is equipped or in your inventory, the available (priority: Curios > chest > top-left corner of inventory) backpack can be opened with the corresponding key (default: B). A backpack held in hand opens with a simple right-click.
