Horticulture
Horticulture represents the agricultural component from the Harvest Festival collection. This mod significantly expands farming possibilities in Minecraft by adding various crops and fruit trees for cultivation.
Main Features
The mod introduces a system for growing new agricultural crops including turnips, cucumbers, strawberries, cabbage, onions, tomatoes, corn, pineapples, eggplants, spinach, sweet potatoes, and green peppers. Fruit trees are also available: apple, banana, orange, and peach trees.
For plant care, special tools have been added: a watering can and sprinklers that accelerate crop growth similar to bone meal in vanilla gameplay. Of particular interest is the mushroom cultivation system on stumps using spores, which can only be obtained through the seed maker.
Obtaining Seeds
Seeds for new crops can be acquired through various methods: some are found in tall grass, others are available through trading, and certain types can only be found in chests. To obtain additional seeds from harvested crops, you need to use the seed maker.
Getting Started
To begin, simply find apple trees in forest biomes and banana trees in jungle biomes. From the grown crops, you can create various dishes and drinks, expanding the game's culinary possibilities.
Technical Requirements: The mod requires Penguin-Lib to function.
