Hunter Slime Pet
This modification is a simple yet engaging addition that introduces three unique variants of hunter slimes into the game, along with a new potion. The mod requires Geckolib to function.
Hunter Slime
This mob rarely spawns in lush biomes such as swamps, jungles, and lush caves. If you wish to tame one, simply surround an echo shard with hunter plorts. Feed it raw chicken to obtain hunter plort. Your pet can be picked up by punching it, but only if it belongs to you.
Shiny Hunter Slime
Create this elegant companion by surrounding a hunter slime item with four diamonds and four hunter plorts. This is merely a color change, no harm to the creature! Like the regular version, it feeds on raw chicken to produce plort and can be picked up by punching if it's your pet.
Dark Hunter Slime
The most stylish variant is created by surrounding a shiny hunter slime item with four nether wart and four coal/charcoal. Again, this is just a color alteration. Possesses the same characteristics as previous versions.
Additional Elements
Hunter Plort - a crystal formed from feeding a hunter slime, possessing strange cloaking abilities.
Potion of Enhanced Stealth (including splash, lingering variants and arrows) provides:
- Invisibility I for 20 minutes
- Slowness I for 20 minutes
- Weakness V for 20 minutes
Important: while under these effects, you cannot pick up a hunter slime by punching it. During testing, this required a netherite sword with sharpness V.
