IBICF (I Believe I Can Fly) - Change Cloud Height in Minecraft

This modest but extremely useful modification provides one simple setting that allows you to adjust the altitude at which clouds appear in your game world. No more settling for the default height or completely depriving the sky of its atmospheric details.

Configuration

Changing cloud height is done through the configuration file. Simply specify the desired Y coordinate, and the clouds will take their new position in the sky.
