IC2 Tweaker

While IndustrialCraft 2 Experimental offers its own recipe customization tools, many modpack creators prefer using CraftTweaker as a centralized solution for configuring all mods in one place. This modification enables IC2 element configuration through the familiar CraftTweaker interface.
