Illumination

The Illumination modification introduces a special enchantment that gently illuminates the character's helmet, creating diffuse lighting around them. This solution significantly improves visibility in dark places and dungeons, eliminating the need to constantly use torches or other light sources.

Installation

Datapack

1. Download the datapack.
2. Place the .zip file in the datapacks folder located at %APPDATA%.minecraft\saves\<your-world-name>\datapacks (for Windows). Replace <your-world-name> accordingly.
3. Reload the world or execute the /reload command.

Mod

1. Download the mod.
2. Place the downloaded .jar file in the mods folder located at %APPDATA%.minecraft\mods (for Windows).
3. Reload the world or execute the /reload command.
