ImageTitles

This mod enables replacement of standard text titles in Minecraft with custom images. To get started, you'll need to create a resource pack with your custom pictures, after which they can be displayed to all players on your server. Detailed instructions for creating a resource pack for ImageTitles can be found in the corresponding example on GitHub.

The shown example demonstrates the mod's capabilities. To reproduce it, a resource pack was created and the following command was used: /title @s title {"text":"imagetitles example"}.
