Immortal Coral
Immortal Coral mod solves one of the most annoying problems with corals in Minecraft - their inevitable death when placed outside of water. Now your underwater gardens and decorative compositions can exist forever!
To activate the mod, simply enter a simple game command: /gamerule immortalCoral true. After this, all corals in your world will stop dying, even if placed on land or in air space.
Compatibility Features
The mod maintains complete vanilla compatibility - it doesn't add any new blocks or items. This means your world remains clean of modifications, and no problems will arise with saved data if the mod is removed.
Immortal Coral works both in single player and on servers. If the mod is installed on the server, players don't need to install it on the client - everything will function correctly.
Survival Recipes (Version 1.18+)
For players who prefer survival mode, the mod offers special coral processing mechanics. Place coral in a smoker, and it will receive a special "smoked" layer that makes it immune to air exposure.
If you need to return the coral to its original appearance, simply use a bucket of water on it - the smoked layer will wash off, and the block will become regular coral again.
Secret of Smoked Corals
The smoked corals you get from the smoker are technically renamed dead corals. They remain completely vanilla and won't cause problems if the mod is removed. Why are they called "smoked"? Because with this mod they become immortal!
