The Improved Backpacks mod offers players functional backpacks with numerous useful options. You'll not only be able to carry additional items but also customize appearance, improve capacity, and enhance usability.
Key Features
Backpacks can be painted using dyes, giving them a unique appearance. The upgrade system allows increasing capacity through special pockets. For organizational convenience, you can rename backpacks using the Shift + Right-Click combination in the air.
Backpacks support multiple usage methods: they can be placed on the ground (Shift + Right-Click on block), worn in the chestplate slot, or compatible Baubles/Curios mods. The mod provides reliable protection against item duplication, making it safer compared to other portable storage solutions.
Access to backpack contents located in the chestplate slot is available through a hotkey, while backpacks in other inventory slots are opened with a simple right-click.
Compatibility
The mod integrates with popular mods: Quark, Inventory Tweaks, Baubles/Curios, and also supports JEI/NEI for convenient recipe viewing.
