Inactive Budding

The Inactive Budding modification provides "dormant" versions of mature crystals that pack creators can integrate into various recipes. These blocks can be obtained by breaking regular bud crystals. By default, the mod does not activate any functions without adding in-game recipes that use dormant crystals.
