Ingots Addition for Epic Knights - Ingot Supplement for Epic Knights
This mod is designed as an auxiliary addition for the EpicKnights modification, adding the necessary types of ingots for it. Instead of adding new ores to the world, all materials can be obtained through crafting from standard game resources.
Added Materials
The mod introduces three types of metal ingots: bronze, tin, and silver. Each of them has universal tags for compatibility with other Forge mods.
Crafting Recipes
All ingots are created from vanilla materials:
- Copper Ingot + Tin Ingot = Copper-Tin Alloy Powder → (Blasting) → Bronze Ingot
- Raw Copper + Gravel = Raw Tin → (Smelting/Blasting) → Tin Ingot
- Raw Copper/Raw Tin/Raw Iron + Netherrack = Raw Silver → (Blasting) → Silver Ingot
- Copper Ingot → (Blasting) → Bronze Ingot
Material Features
Bronze
For experienced players, a complex method of obtaining bronze through smelting copper and tin is available, as in mods like MoreOres. For those who prefer a simpler approach, bronze ingots can be obtained directly from copper ingots in a blast furnace - similar to creating steel from iron in EpicKnights.
A complete set of bronze equipment has been added, including armor and tools.
Tin
Tin ingots are used exclusively for creating weapons in Epic Knights or for alloying with copper to obtain bronze. Tin is too soft a metal for making full-fledged equipment.
Silver
Silver is created using netherrack, which is logical considering its magical properties against the undead in the game universe. Silver weapons deal additional damage to undead creatures.
Steel
The mod also expands the capabilities of steel ingots by adding steel pickaxes and axes. These tools have efficiency comparable to diamond tools but lower durability.
This is an ideal solution for players who want to get all the materials necessary for EpicKnights without adding extra ores to the game world.
