Item Highlighter

Ever noticed how easily newly picked up items get lost among existing ones in your inventory? The Item Highlighter mod solves this problem by marking all new finds with animated stars that immediately catch your attention.

Installation and Compatibility

For Minecraft versions after 1.12.x, the additional Iceberg mod is required. Install it before using Item Highlighter.

Operation Features

The mod works exclusively on the client side, so no server installation is needed. This makes it an ideal solution for any game mode.

Settings

You can customize marker behavior to your liking: remove highlighting when closing the inventory or when hovering over an item. There's also an option to keep the golden icon colors or make them match the item name colors.

Appearance

The appearance of markers can be changed using resource packs, although the standard animated stars look quite attractive.

Allowed for use in modpacks.
