JJThunder Hell Is Fire
This unique datapack modification radically transforms the Nether, converting the region into a massive 2032-block world where all three Minecraft landscape types coexist.
Nether Landscape Levels
Cave Depths - extensive underground spaces occupying the lower half of the dimension, with classic cave formations and labyrinths.
Surface Territories - starting at level y=1000, here unfolds a full-fledged Overworld-like landscape with familiar natural zones and terrain.
End Floating Islands - from mark y=1500 begins the realm of floating sky masses, characteristic of the End dimension.
Compatibility Features
- Additional RAM required for stable operation at large render distances
- Completely incompatible with existing worlds - use will damage them
- Conflicting with other world generation datapacks and mods based on them
- Limited compatibility with landscape generator mods (better test in advance)
Technical Recommendations
The massive double increase in world height significantly increases system load. We strongly recommend installing optimizing modifications to maintain performance.
Ore deposit generation remains unchanged. Monitoring possible generation limitations up to level y=128.
Exclusive Features
Floating islands contain unique large-scale cave systems completely different from the underground labyrinths. Be sure to explore them for the full experience!
To reveal the full visual potential, a quality shader pack with extended fog and lighting settings is necessary.
The modification is available for all game versions from 1.19 to 1.20. Backporting to earlier releases is impossible.
Future Prospects
This is the first iteration of the project, so we are actively collecting feedback and suggestions for further development of the concept.
Unfortunately, screenshots are not yet available, but we will be happy to feature high-quality video presentations of the modification!
