Just A Campfire

As the name implies, this mod simply brings campfire functionality from Minecraft 1.14 and later versions back to the beloved 1.12!

Campfire Building Features

Unlike standard campfires that can be simply crafted, here everything feels authentic - to start a fire, you'll need to build the campfire manually. Begin by crouching and right-clicking the ground with a stick in hand. Then gradually add more twigs to assemble a proper structure. The final step involves igniting the assembled pile using flint or flint and steel. After this, you'll be able to cook food simply by right-clicking any corner of the campfire structure with raw ingredients in hand.

Rainbow Smoke Signals

One of the unique features - creating colored smoke! Use various dyes (red, yellow, green, or white) on an already burning campfire to give its smoke a vibrant hue for attracting attention or simply for decoration.

Compatibility

The mod integrates perfectly with other popular modifications and supports cooking most food items from third-party addons.
