Tired of modern Nether features in Minecraft? This mod is made specifically for you! Just Beta Nether brings the Nether back to its classic state that existed before the major 1.16 update. The mod completely removes all new mobs, structures, and loot tables added after version 1.16. A perfect solution for those who want to immerse themselves in the atmosphere of the good old Nether world once again.

Retro Atmosphere

For maximum immersion in the nostalgic atmosphere, we additionally recommend installing the Nostalgic Tweaks mod by Adrenix, which recreates many classic Minecraft mechanics, as well as the Golden Days resource pack by PoeticRainbow. If you want to bring back the old terrain generation as well, check out the Modern Beta mod by b3spectacled.
