LargeEnderChest

This mod transforms the regular ender chest into a complete backpack alternative. Instead of the standard 27 slots, you get a full 54 storage slots - matching the capacity of a large chest.

How does it work? The ender chest retains all its standard advantages: contents aren't lost upon death, accessible from anywhere in the world, still requires silk touch to mine, maintaining game balance.

If you frequently encounter inventory space issues but don't want to install complex backpack mods, this solution is created specifically for you.

Creation History

Originally this brilliant idea was implemented by The Master Caver, but as a jarmod, which made installation significantly more complicated. I adapted the mod for Forge, receiving full permission from the original developer.

Visual Changes

The ender chest now appears and functions as a large chest, while maintaining all its unique characteristics and texture features.
