Leash Villager

Now you can take villagers on a leash! This modification conveniently allows moving village inhabitants using a regular lead.

How to Install

Choose your installation option - pure Data Pack or full Mod, and follow the appropriate instructions.

Data Pack

1. Download the Data Pack
2. Find the "_datapacks" folder in your selected world
3. Copy the Leash Villager file into this folder
4. Enter the world and execute the /reload command

Mod

1. Download the Mod
2. Find the mods folder (in standard launcher path: .minecraft/mods)
3. Place the downloaded .jar file into this folder
4. Enter the world and execute the /reload command

Note: Mod version is available starting from Minecraft 1.21 and above

Features

This content allows you to put a leash on villagers. To leash a villager, use the combination of SHIFT + RIGHT CLICK on them while holding a lead.

How to Uninstall

Data Pack

To uninstall the Data Pack, execute the command /function villager_leash:uninstall. When the process completes, a confirmation message will appear in the chat.

Mod

To remove the Mod version, execute the command /function villager_leash:uninstall. Then close the game and delete the jar file from the .minecraft/mods folder.
