There is a deadly infection in the air to which the undead are completely immune. Fortunately, other survivors periodically drop supplies with anti-infection syringes that help reduce your infection level.

The world is almost devoid of resources, so you'll have to search for tools, equipment, and weapons for protection. After defeating the undead, you'll discover that they have materials necessary for survival!
