[Legacy] AE2 Additional Opportunity

IMPORTANT: MOD IS UNDER DEVELOPMENT

This modification significantly expands the functionality of Applied Energistics 2 by allowing customization of many technical aspects of the data storage system.

Main Features

The mod enables substantial changes to the standard AE2 system operation:

• Disabling channel restrictions in the network
• Connecting controllers via cables
• Adjusting the maximum multiblock size from controllers

Configuration Settings

Available options in the config/ae2ao.toml file:

DisableChannels (default: false) - disables all channel quantity limitations

ControllerLimits (default: false) - allows installation of multiple controllers in the same network (when set to false, the number of controllers is unlimited)

Max_X, MAX_Y, MAX_Z (under development, default: 7) - sets the maximum controller size along axes

SCFD (under development, default: false) - makes storage cells invulnerable to destruction by fire or lava

ChatInfo (under development, default: true) - controls the display of current configuration settings in chat

Compatibility

The mod requires Applied Energistics 2 to be installed for proper operation.
