Legacy Input Patch

This mixin patch, similar to InputFix, allows players to input multi-byte characters (such as Chinese, Korean, and Japanese) directly in-game for Legacy Fabric.

Supported Versions

The mod is compatible with a wide range of Minecraft versions: 1.3.2, 1.4.0-1.4.3, 1.4.4-1.4.7, 1.5.X, April Fools 2.0, 1.6.1-1.6.2, 1.6.3-1.6.4, 1.7.10-1.8.9 and 15w14a, as well as 1.5.2 Cursed Fabric BTW CE.

Easy Installation

Only Fabric Loader is required - no additional dependencies needed.

Features for Older Versions

Versions for 1.6.4 and below include an additional patch for sign text input. If you want to use signs with multi-byte characters on a Legacy Fabric server version 1.6.4 or below, you must install the mod on the server side as well.

Important Information

Mod development may be suspended as most versions have already been implemented. For 1.7.X (1.7.0-1.7.9) Legacy Fabric versions, additional mapping configuration through special fixes is required.
