List Entry Highlight Fix

Fixes the issue with incorrect positioning of list item highlight borders in Minecraft. Compatible with Fabric/Quilt versions 1.19.1 - 1.20.4. (Older game versions don't have this problem)

What's the Problem?

In various Minecraft interfaces, such as the multiplayer screen, players can select list items - for example, servers. When an item is selected, a border appears around it indicating its selected state.

Unfortunately, this border doesn't always display correctly. Let's look at an example:
