Literal Sky Block - Decorative Sky and Void Blocks

Add unique decorative blocks to your Minecraft that create the illusion of real sky! This mod is perfect for decorating underground spaces, making cave homes more cozy and bright.

Available Blocks

Currently, the mod includes two main block types:

• Sky Block - recreates daytime sky with clouds
• Void Block - creates the effect of dark abyss

Realistic Effects

The blocks not only statically display the sky but also react to game conditions - they show current weather, including rain and snow!

Future Updates

Additional psychedelic blocks are in development and will appear in future versions of the mod.

Performance

It should be noted that the current version of the mod may have some impact on performance, comparable to placing many chests. This is due to the peculiarities of block entity rendering. After the corresponding pull request in Forge is accepted, blocks will no longer be entities, which will completely eliminate performance issues.
