Lost Cities - Survive the Dead Edition

This is a fork of the popular Lost Cities mod for Minecraft version 1.12.2 that introduces several significant improvements to the original modification. Key enhancements include support for directional blocks and expanded capabilities for creating highways.

One of the main features of this version is the fix for a rendering glitch where TilEntity objects only appeared when directly looked at. Now all elements render correctly regardless of viewing angle.

Originally, this fork was created specifically for use in a new zombie-themed modpack currently in development. However, the mod is fully functional and suitable for standalone use outside the pack. The developer published the modification on CurseForge to simplify the integration process into their project.

It's important to note that technical support for issues related to this fork is provided exclusively through the corresponding GitHub repository. Problems that don't affect the functionality of the target modpack may remain unresolved, as the primary purpose of this mod is use in the author's projects.

Currently, the modification works with Minecraft versions from 1.12 to 1.12.2 and uses standard world generation profiles from the original Lost Cities. The possibility of adding specialized terrain generation is being considered for future updates.

It's worth noting that the official version of Lost Cities for 1.12.2 is unlikely to receive updates. If the changes from this fork are incorporated into the main development branch, this version will be removed and modpacks will switch back to using the original mod.
