Freezing Enchantment

Adds a new "Freezing" enchantment to the game for swords that applies slowness effect to attacked enemies.

Enchantment Features:

• Maximum level: 2
• With each level, the duration of the slowness effect increases
• Can be obtained through enchantment tables, loot chests, or villager trading

Acquisition Commands:

/loot give @s loot freezing_enchantment:<level>
/enchant @s freezing_enchantment:freezing <level>

Compatibility: Works with all swords in Minecraft
