Malum is a modification dedicated to the dark magic of spiritual arcana - a deep exploration of soul magic. This system is divided into several directions of studying the mysterious magical discipline, which the player will explore using the Encyclopedia Arcana - a mysterious diary written by an unknown author.

The codex will provide you with everything needed to begin your journey. It features an open structure, allowing players to choose their own development path. Malum imposes almost no restrictions on the sequence of actions - you can freely focus on those aspects of the mod that interest you most.

Natural Wonders

Not all magic in this world is gloomy and dark. Runewood Trees represent a harmonious combination of nature and magic, possessing bark created for magical purposes and a complete set of wooden blocks.

The mod also adds numerous underground ores for exploration: chthonic gold, soulstone, natural quartz, and other treasures waiting to be discovered independently.

Spirit Magic

Spirit infusion serves as the main system for using spiritual arcana. This magical process allows the player to create various wonders and artifacts.

Spirit focusing is another powerful system that will become your faithful companion in daily life. This magic allows materializing new resources from pure spiritual matter.

Using spirit magic, you'll be able to create many new and exciting equipment: amulets, armor, tools, weapons, and much more.

Each amulet and armor set possesses unique effects, some of which offer potential for synergistic combinations.

Totem magic allows using spiritual arcana for various unique effects - each spirit provides access to its own rituals.
