Mars Mod: Reborn
The Mars Mod: Reborn modification represents a revival of the legendary Mars Mod by developer themorfeus, which was created for Minecraft beta 1.7.3 and disappeared several years ago. This project is designed for nostalgic players and is fully compatible with Minecraft versions 1.14.4, 1.15.2, and 1.16.5 for Forge. The mod includes all original content plus additional elements that remained unfinished in the initial version.
Main Features
- Mars Dimension - access to a new planet through a special portal
- Martian Boss - appears after destroying the Ancient Martian Coffin hidden in the Martian Church
- Meteor showers - meteors falling from the sky (only on Mars)
- New blocks and items - thematic Martian resources
- Multi-tools - universal tools replacing iron pickaxe, axe, shovel, and sword
- Spacesuits - protect from damage and nausea while on Mars
- New structures and mobs - unique buildings and creatures inhabiting the red planet
- Jetpacks - equipment for movement
Future Plans
- Adding new mobs (user suggestion, not yet confirmed)
Known Issues
- The Ancient Martian Coffin can only be destroyed from the center
