Max Villager Enchants

This mod works exactly as its title suggests. Now, when villagers create new enchanted books for trading, they will always offer items with the maximum available enchantment level.

To put it simply: any enchanted books you purchase from librarians will have the highest possible magic level, completely eliminating low-level options.
