MC-237017 Fix

This Minecraft mod fixes a critical world generation bug known as MC-237017. The issue manifests in all caves at Y-54 level and below being completely filled with lava, making underground exploration practically impossible.

The mod operates exclusively on the server side, so clients don't need to install any additional files. The solution is compatible with all Minecraft versions starting from when this bug appeared - from snapshot 21w37a and all subsequent 1.18+ releases.
