MCMusic Player - Music Player for Minecraft

MCMusic Player is a modification that allows playing music tracks directly in the game. All you need to do is place audio files in a designated folder. The interface includes a convenient button for quick access to the songs directory.

This modification contains bugs and is no longer maintained by the developer! Use it at your own risk.

Although MCMusic Player functionally resembles the mp3Jukebox mod by masl123, it is a completely independent development. The author only learned about the existence of a similar mod during the development process but decided to continue working since mp3Jukebox hasn't been updated since Minecraft version 1.10.

Used Libraries

The mod includes several third-party open-source libraries:

• CodecJLayerMP3 by fireandfuel (LGPL license)
• mp3spi and JLayer by JavaZoom (LGPL license)
• Tritonus by the Tritonus team (LGPL license)

All libraries are used in their original form without modifications.

Usage Recommendations

For optimal performance, it's recommended to set the GUI scale to "Normal". Please note: clicking the "Reload Songs" button will stop the currently playing track.
