Meal API Addon

If you notice an update to Meal API, please let me know in my Discord, as I cannot update this mod without the main API being updated.

This addon solves the problem of losing excess saturation by redirecting its overflow into Meal API's fullness bar. Now complex food items that provide huge amounts of saturation (such as x12) won't waste it - all excess saturation will be used to fill your fullness bar instead of simply disappearing.

The mod also provides automatic compatibility between various mods that add excessive amounts of saturation and the Meal API system.
