Metallurgy 4: Reforged - Reviving the Classic

This project represents an unofficial port of the famous Metallurgy 4 mod by ShadowClaimer for Minecraft version 1.12.2, created by developers Davoleo and Matpac. The main goal of the mod is to bring back the true meaning of the word "mine" to the game by adding a huge variety of new ores and alloys.

Each metal in the mod has unique characteristics and purposes, preventing situations where added elements remain unused. Special metal properties open up opportunities for creating unique devices, forming alloys, and obtaining special effects from equipment.

The mod offers extensive customization options - you can add your own metals through Resource Loader, change parameters of existing materials, as well as enable or disable various functions such as effects, decorative blocks, and special devices.

Future Plans

It's important to note that this project will not be ported to newer Minecraft versions. This is due to several reasons: development permission was obtained only for version 1.12.2, the original creator ShadowClaimer is working on an official version of Metallurgy for modern game versions, and further feature expansion would go beyond the mod's original concept.

However, this doesn't mean the end of development - the team is working on a new project that will be related to Metallurgy 4: Reforged but will offer a completely new experience.
