Mimic 1.8 - Prismarine, Red sandstone, Granite

This mod brings visual elements from Minecraft version 1.8 into your game, including various blocks and items, while bypassing more complex game mechanics.

The mod includes all blocks and items visible in the screenshots, as well as wooden fence gates. Sheep can now drop mutton, however ocean temples and new mobs were not added. To create prismarine elements, you will need lapis lazuli, and sometimes glowstone.

It's worth noting that the mod is not a 100% accurate copy of the original content. For example, the slime block does not interact with pistons and doesn't bounce entities in the same way as in the original. Nevertheless, I tried to maintain identical block hardness and crafting recipes.

The villager trading configuration adds new deals to existing NPCs, but does not implement the full profession system or bread-eating mechanics. For instance, the standard trading set of the brown-clothed farmer simply adds potato trading for emeralds.

You can customize the mod's content through the configuration file.

I plan to release updates with fixes and small additions, but will not add the entire update content (for example, without world borders, spectator mode, enchantment overhaul, etc.). New stone blocks must be created using quartz, as they do not generate naturally in the world.
