Engaging Collection System

The Minecards mod introduces a unique collection system that transforms your gameplay into an exciting adventure of discovering rare cards. Over a hundred different cards await discovery!

Thematic Card Sets

Cards are divided into several thematic collections, each obtained through specific methods:

Overworld Set (25 cards) - found in chests throughout the overworld

Nether Set (13 cards) - hidden in Nether chests

End Set (13 cards) - awaits in End and stronghold chests

Aquatic Set (13 cards) - obtained through fishing

Deep and Dark Set (13 cards) - concealed in underground chests (ancient cities, mineshafts, etc.)

Village and Pillage Set (13 cards) - located in villages and illager structures, sold by the card collector villager

Retro Set (19 cards) - discovered through archaeology, rarely found in most chests

Golden Cards - rewards for completing a full thematic set

Other Cards - random cards from any card boxes

Quality and Rarity

Each card can have different condition qualities and also exists in foil variants!

New Villager Profession

A new villager profession appears in the game - the Card Collector! This merchant sells card packs. Their workstation is the Card Collector's Bench.

The Card Collector's Bench is crafted using one Deckite - an ore found in the overworld - and one plank.

Achievements and Rewards

Several achievements help you track your collection progress and earn well-deserved rewards!

Golden cards are awarded for collecting a complete set - in any quality or foil variant. Each golden card can only be obtained once per player. A foil golden card is available for collecting a full set in foil variant.
