Ever dreamed of an underground villager? While it's not an entire village, this mod adds an excellent companion for your mines!

Miner Villager

As the name suggests, the miner villager is the main feature of this mod. He offers various useful and unique trades. If you're looking for ways to enhance your pickaxes with special abilities, trade with him until reaching level 3 and try to obtain one of the 6 available scrolls! Although he mostly follows the traditional villager trading system, his unique interface adds freshness to the gameplay. Plus, you'll only find him in mineshafts, making your explorations even more exciting. And don't worry about the darkness - he'll light up the path with his torches!

Pickaxes

While the miner villager might seem simple, the new set of pickaxes completely changes the gaming experience and makes the mining process worthwhile. Currently, there are 6 unique pickaxes with 3 base variants for each set, and more are coming soon.

This new exclusive block will help you upgrade and repair the mod's pickaxes with its unique interface.

Empowered Pickaxes

There are two distinct empowered versions for each set of pickaxes, which cannot be combined.

All pickaxes in each set share the same name but have different lore descriptions.

Empowered Iron Pickaxes

This set includes a standard pickaxe that can be combined with scrolls in the Emerald Anvil to craft its empowered versions! The first version is the Explosive Pickaxe, which allows you to trade gunpowder for a small explosion, making mining faster and more enjoyable. The second version is the Magnetic Pickaxe. Its ability is intuitive: it gives the player the ability to attract nearby items to the holder of the pickaxe, making item collection easier and less risky!

Amethyst Pickaxes

The amethyst set includes a unique collection of pickaxes, primarily used as empowered versions of diamond pickaxe or as special tools for experimenting with luck and creativity! The set starts with the base pickaxe, followed by the Lucky Pickaxe, which gives you a 20% chance of dropping random blocks when mining amethyst blocks. The final pickaxe in the set has a special right-click ability that transforms all blocks into amethyst blocks. It is also called Infection Pickaxe. This transformation can be used up to 5 times, but after that, the pickaxe will break, even if it has enough durability remaining.

Emerald Pickaxes

As with the previous sets, the emerald set includes a base version of the pickaxe designed to be the best in the game. It has the stats of a Netherite pickaxe with high enchantability but very low durability. This pickaxe aims to achieve what the gold pickaxe could not. The Emerald Pickaxe has two special abilities: Buff Pickaxe, which grants the player two buffs - Luck and Hero of the Village effects after activation. The second ability is Scan Pickaxe, a unique and my favorite ability, that provides a balanced alternative to x-ray vision. Scanning offers a more natural way to locate ores and resources without cheating, ensuring a balanced gaming experience.
