Mob Compack - Bringing Biomes to Life with New Creatures

Your favorite biome mods are receiving a long-awaited update that fills them with life!

While playing with mods like Biomes O' Plenty, you've probably noticed that some biomes lack creature diversity. This is exactly the problem our mod solves - we create mobs in the style of vanilla Minecraft that organically fit into the BOP environment. We first focused on nether biomes, which particularly need new inhabitants, and in the future will add creatures for the overworld as well.

Each creature is carefully designed to perfectly match the biomes where it appears. New items are added minimally - only where truly necessary to avoid cluttering your inventory. Want to configure mob spawning parameters? Use our detailed configuration file to completely disable certain creatures or change their spawn frequency!

After completing work with BOP, we plan to create separate mod versions for other biome modifications, allowing players to choose exactly which mobs they need, and Fabric users to also enjoy our creations.

Current Mobs

Crystalline Chasm (BOP)

Crystalline Slime - this jumping inhabitant of crystal caves is protected from dangers by rose quartz spikes. Unlike regular slimes, it doesn't split upon death, but has increased health and deals thorn damage to anyone who attacks it. When defeated, you'll receive rose quartz shards and rose gelballs, which can be crafted into a rose gel block - similar to a slime block but dealing damage when moved on.

Visceral Heap (BOP)

Jawbreaker - this giant jaw is extremely aggressive and will try to tear apart anyone who dares to step onto its territory. Possesses jumping attacks and a deadly charge (which can be blocked with a shield). This monster's teeth are a valuable reward for defeating it, usable for crafting various items. Occasionally, the jawbreaker might drop something more unusual.

In the future, we plan to add even more creatures for diverse biomes!
