ModernConverter

Welcome to the world of energy transformations! This mod provides a universal solution for converting between different energy systems in Minecraft.

Supported Systems

Currently, the mod successfully works with the following energy standards:

• Forge Energy (basic system)
• Tesla (alternative energy)
• IndustrialCraft 2 (classic system)
• CoFH Redstone Flux (added in version 2.0)

Previously supported but temporarily disabled:

• BuildCraft MJ (due to power loop issues)
• Refined Storage (temporarily disabled due to technical problems)

Installation and Requirements

ModernConverter is part of the ModernMods collection, so installation of ModernCraftCore is mandatory for its operation!

How to Use

The process of setting up the energy system is simple and intuitive:

1. Place the Energy IO block in the desired location
2. Use a wrench to configure the operating mode (energy input)
3. Connect it using ModernCraft wires to another Energy IO block (energy output)
4. Connect Energy IO to other devices through appropriate cables or conductors

Important: There must be intermediate wires/cables between Energy IO and end devices, otherwise the system may not work correctly.

Additional function: Left-click with a wrench allows you to configure the Energy IO tier for optimal performance.

Known Issues

• Some energy systems are temporarily disabled (see above)
• Certain technical imperfections in ModernCraftCore (visual artifacts with cables, unstable energy network operation, "phantom connections")
